Problem: Buy, install v10 Waves plugin (Latest for me was the new Abbey Road Mastering) S1 sees the plugin during the scan and includes in plugin list. Try to drag plugin onto track and either it will simply not populate or populates with GUI grayed out. I've tried every single method listed in the presonus forums. Jan 21, 2019  Additional attempts at reinstalling A.R. Didn't change things, reinstalling Mercury (which updated WaveShell1-VST3 10.0x64.vst3 and WaveShell2-VST3 10.0x64.vst3) did. As mentioned previously problem didn't occur till after after I reinstalled Abbey Roads and all the Waves VST3s were the same version. Now my VST scan times are back to normal. There exists a 'WaveShell1-VST3 10.0x64.vst3' -file in the VST3 folder wich are installed by default in the 'program files/common files/VST3' folder. I do have this direction, by default in the Plugin search path. The 'Verify plugin' is checked. I have read multiple posts on this forum with the same challenges as I have with no solution.

Apologies for the long post. I'm having trouble installing a Waves version 10 plugin in FL 20.0.2 [build 465] 64-bit.
I installed the latest version of Waves Central. I then ran the Installer and selected the plugin In Phase, which was added to my account as a demo. The installation appeared to be successful.
The following two files were installed:
C:Program Files (x86)Common FilesVST3WaveShell1-VST3 10.0.vst3
C:Program FilesCommon FilesVST3WaveShell1-VST3 10.0_x64.vst3
I then opened FL Studio and re-scanned my plugins. After the scan was complete I got the following messages (see the picture below):

I turned off my computer and re-ran the scan, including 'Rescan previously verified plugins' and 'Rescan plugins with errors'. I got the same error messages.
The following is a print out from the Log file, which I've attached:

You'll see from the picture below that iZotope's Neutron also reports a scan error. That doesn't bother me because I have Neutron 2 installed, which does scan successfully.

I contacted Waves who referred me to an article 'How to Find Your Plugins in FL Studio'. Basically, this suggested two things. First, check that In Phase is installed, which it is, in the following two folders:
C:Program Files(x86)Common FilesVST3
C:Program FilesCommon FilesVST3
Second, rescan for plugins with Verify Plugins selected, which I did. They also suggested I perform the scan in an FL project 'with a supported sample rate' - i.e. 96 kHz. I'm not sure what this means, but I assume it's not relevant, since my other Waves plugins load fine, and they also require a project with the same sample rate.
Anyone have any suggestions about how I should proceed?
